The service

TaskSwift is a marketplace connecting customers who post jobs with independent local taskers. Taskers are not employees of TaskSwift and contract directly with customers.

AI briefs

AI-generated briefs, time and price estimates are guidance only and may be inaccurate. Agree the scope and price with your tasker before work starts.

Payments

When a tasker is assigned, your card is authorised but not charged. Payment is captured when the job is marked complete. Payments are processed by Stripe Connect.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and only post lawful jobs.
• Treat other users with respect; abusive or fraudulent behaviour may lead to suspension.
• Taskers are responsible for holding any qualifications, insurance or registrations their work requires.

Liability

Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, TaskSwift is not liable for the quality of work carried out by taskers or for indirect losses.
